We offer a range of coupling options for illumination and emission. Together these allow researchers to optimize their experiments by maintaining the best achievable imaging performance. The optoMask modules provide an easy means of limiting light exposure to the required field of view – reducing photodamage and bleaching of the sample. The Emission Infinity Port provides an extended infinity space to allow additional optical modules such as filter wheels to be installed without needlessly impacting the optical performance.
