Optical Mapping Macroscopes

Our range of macroscopes for optical mapping is designed with the aim of monitoring rapidly changing fluorescence signals from large samples. Whether for imaging calcium concentrations, membrane voltage or the signals from other fluorescent protein-based activity monitors – we have you covered.

Features

  • High frame rates: With the option of using highspeed cameras, even fast neuronal action potentials can be resolved.
  • Large FOV: Due to careful selection of objectives, high sensitivity imaging even of intact small mammalian organs is possible.
  • Flexiblity: Through the use of industry standard interfaces, our macroscopes can be integrated into most laboratory workflows.
  • Multi-colour imaging: The use of image splitters allows at least two different fluorescence wavelengths to be imaged simultaneously.
